Trish Douglas, Founder & Principal Consultant
Trish Douglas is a leader in human capital strategy, leadership development, organization effectiveness and culture. With over 25 years of experience in the field, Trish is known for her ability to think strategically and execute business-focused solutions. She has a proven track record of developing innovative talent management strategies that deliver results.
Trish built her career with global consulting firm Accenture, where she worked internationally across 50 countries leading large-scale human capital strategy and leadership initiatives. As the founder of Toronto-based consulting firm Douglas Group she works closely with senior leaders and teams across diverse industries co-creating talent-driven organizations that are fit for the future.
Trish holds an undergraduate degree in Sociology and postgraduate certificate in Human Resources. She is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and graduate of Organization Development, Industrial Relations Centre, Queens University.
